1. Service Provision

The "Soqia" application provides a service for delivering various types of drinking water (mineral, Zamzam, regular, etc.) to homes, mosques, and cemeteries.

• The service is for personal use only
• Not subject to resale or commercial purposes except with prior written agreement with "Soqia"

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the application or placing an order through it, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agreed to these terms.

• "Soqia" reserves the right to modify the terms at any time
• Your continued use after modification constitutes your acceptance

3. Registration and Account

• You must be a real user and provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password

4. Orders and Payment

Prices appear in the application according to type and geographical area, and the user insists on knowing the price before confirming the order.

• When confirming the order, the user is committed to paying according to the chosen method (credit card, cash)
• Payments are not refundable except in cases stipulated in the refund policy

5. Delivery

"Soqia" strives to deliver water as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

• "Soqia" is not responsible for delays beyond its control (such as traffic congestion or technical failure)
• If delivery is delayed beyond the specified time without prior notice, the user has the right to request a refund or redelivery according to Saudi refund policy
