Return and Cancellation Policy

At Soqia app, we are committed to providing a reliable and secure experience for our customers, in compliance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, while respecting consumer rights and providing them with necessary protection.

1. Return Period

The consumer has the right to return the product or cancel the order and get a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt or contract, in the following cases:

  • If the product has not been used or benefited from
  • If the product is counterfeit or does not match specifications
  • If the store delays delivery for more than 15 days from the contract date, unless otherwise agreed
2. Exceptions

The consumer does not have the right to return or cancel in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used or benefited from
  • If the product was custom-made for the consumer
  • For services that cannot be canceled after completion, like delivery services
  • For donations, which are executed immediately and cannot be refunded
3. Return Procedures
  • The consumer must submit a return request through the app or available communication channels within 7 days
  • Requests are processed within maximum 3 working days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • The consumer bears shipping costs unless the product is defective
4. Return Conditions
  • Product must be in original condition, unused and unopened
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided
  • Return must be within the specified period
